What are AZAZ hookahs made of?

Our Glass Series is 100% high-grade, heat-resistant borosilicate glass — base, downstem, bowls, and lids. Our flagship Kronos is a Russian-style hookah that pairs a precision-machined stainless steel stem with a premium glass base and bowl. Either way: no cheap alloys, no rust, no metallic aftertaste.

What makes the Kronos different?

The Kronos is built for performance. Its stainless steel stem is tuned for optimal draw resistance — a balanced, effortless pull — and its large glass bowl with matching wind guard manages heat so your shisha burns evenly and your sessions last longer. It stands 24 inches tall and weighs 9 pounds.

What comes in the box?

Every AZAZ set is complete and ready to use. Depending on the model, your set includes bowls with lids, a downstem, charcoal tongs, hoses, a charcoal tray or wind guard, remote-controlled LED lighting, and a carrying case. Check each product page for exact contents.

How do I set up my hookah?

Fill the base with water, seat the stem or downstem and bowl, connect the hose, and you're ready. Most customers are set up in under five minutes — no tools required.

How do I clean my hookah?

Rinse the glass parts with warm water after each session. For a deeper clean, use a soft bottle brush with mild soap. Dry stainless steel parts thoroughly after washing, and let everything dry fully before storing.

Shipping is free within the USA on every order.

When will my order ship?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time — we currently ship within the United States only.

What is your return policy?
